The purpose of Marshall is summarized in a single sentence based on two key Scriptures:
"WE BELIEVE A GREAT COMMITMENT TO THE GREAT COMMANDMENT AND THE
GREAT COMMISSION WILL GROW A GREAT CHURCH !"
The Great Commandment: "Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with
all your soul and with all your mind.' {38} This is the first and greatest commandment. {39} And
the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' {40} All the Law and the Prophets hang
on these two commandments." (Mat 22:36-40 NIV)
The Great Commission: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, {20} and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the
age." (Mat 28:19-20 NIV)
It is our privilege to love others through each of these ministries.

On Sundays at 9:45, Sunday School gather to study God's word together, to share life's joys and concerns together, and to plan ministry to those in need together. It is all about growing together. There is a Life Group for everyone from Nursery through Adults. See one of the greeters ready to welcome you to find out where your group meets.

Middle and High School Students meet each Wednesday at 6:30 for fun, faith, and friends! We study God's Word together and enjoy activities related to the lessons. All activities are geared toward establishing and growing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as our Savior. It is through His love that we are able to love others. And, we love our Students!

Women on Mission is an organization that meets monthly at Marshall, usually on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the kitchen of the Fellowship Hall. We pray for the missionaries having birthdays that month, discuss and plan mission projects, and participate in Hearts Called To Pray for Israel. We have a simple meal each meeting and each member gives $10 per month which goes toward mission projects – mostly for the Christmas gifts for needy children. Some of our other projects include bringing items for The Battered Women’s Center in Augusta and doing backpacks for Appalachia.
During the summer while there is No AWANA program, Women on Mission also teaches Mission Friends and Children in Action on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30
All women are welcome to join at any time. No age limits. Check the events calendar for meeting dates.
